WinPST allows you to share your Microsoft Outlook calendars, contacts, email, tasks and notes folders without Exchange Server.

WinPST Share Outlook – Licensed Users:

WinPST provides your organization with the ability to share the Outlook data, such as Mails, Tasks, Notes, Calendars, Journals and Contacts amongst its staff (users). In addition to sharing users’ personal folders with other members of staff, it is possible, using WinPST, to define public shared folders, for example, shared contacts and holiday calendars, which may be made available to any members of staff.
